Mr. Albert is the founder of Bowside Capital and manages the firm and its investment activities.  He has over 30 years of investing and operating experience in the private equity, small buyout market and serves on numerous investment-related committees.  Previously, Mr. Albert was the founder and managing member of The Albert Group, LLC, which provided management services to investment entities, both in private equity and real estate.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Albert was a regional director and member of the Global Management Committee at Targus Group International.  Prior to Targus, Mr. Albert was a founding member of Macsimmum SARL, an IT services and distribution business headquartered in Paris, France, and led the company until its sale to a strategic acquirer.

Mr. Albert earned an M.St. from the University of Oxford and an A.B. from Brown University.
